Choose one of the following methods:
For a single custom domain, you can point a single A record at the IP address below.
For example: yourdomain.com or www.yourdomain.com
You need to create a separate A record for your custom subdomain.
For example: blog
Common questions about custom domain setup.
Create DNS A and TXT records for your domain, and point the A record to the IP shown in the settings page.
Root domain uses @ as the record name, while subdomain uses a custom name like blog with separate A/TXT records.
Remove conflicting A records for the same host and make sure both A and TXT values exactly match the provided instructions.
After the custom domain status becomes ACTIVE_SSL, enter a lowercase path in the Virtual Path field in website settings and save it. The path is appended to the custom domain.
