When external resource nodes are detected, your page depends on external links that may be lost if the source changes. Uploading those assets to your project resource library is recommended.
Manage External Links
View external resource nodes in the External Links section, and perform actions such as opening links, editing, removing, and uploading resources.
- Step 1: Open the second tab and select External Links.
- Step 2: Review the node count in the External Links panel.
- Step 3: Click Upload to add external-link assets into the project resource library.
- Step 4: Click any node to inspect or edit it.
What you can see in External Links
Each item shows node details and current change status.
- Node Name: HTML tag displayed as chip.
- Node HTML: formatted outerHTML preview.
- Status Chips: added, edited, removed.
- Found Nodes: total matched external resource nodes count.
Context menu actions
Open the node menu to perform direct operations.
- Open URL Link (when href/src is a valid HTTPS URL).
- Edit selected node.
- Remove node (when node is allowed to be removed).
